Uses Forensic Science to prepare high school science students for STEM college work and careers. Open to rising Seniors from select public high schools. Students spend 4 weeks on the NJIT campus in the summer participating in hands-on activities in Forensic Biology, Forensic Chemistry, Crime Scene Investigation (in their custom-built labs), Forensic Law, and field research conducted at various sites in the Greater Metropolitan Area. Three of our students, Amal Chamchaoui, Xiani Feliz Checo, and Perla Garcia participated with Perla receiving the highest grade in the class of 20.
