From creative costumes to plenty of smiles and laughter, the day was filled with excitement and community pride. On Monday, October 27th, 2025, Teaching Artists from Paper Mill Playhouse (@papermillplayhouse) ran 3 workshops for Hillside High School's Performing Arts students as part of their participation in Phase 2 of the Adopt-A-School Program! Students took part in singing, acting, and dancing workshops using material from West Side Story! They will build on the material learned when they attend more workshops at Paper Mill’s ArtsFest in December! At the Hillside Board of Education meeting last night (9/25/25), our Hillside High School Junior Engineering Technical Society (J.E.T.S.) team and Ms. Ebong were awarded for their outstanding work in the National TSA Conference Competition in Nashville, Tennessee, which took place over the summer!
