Santa Claus came to town! Milk & Cookies with Santa 2023 is in the books, and it was spectacular! The Hillside High School gymnasium was filled to near capacity on the night of December 13th, 2023, as Hillside families, students, and children were greeted by Santa Claus himself! Parents, and families, got to take pictures with Santa, participate in various fun activities at different tables, and receive gifts during the toy giveaway! Thank you to the Hillside Police Department @hillsidepolicenj, Hillside Board of Education President, Ms. Cook, and the Hillside Board of Education for organizing this fantastic, unforgettable event for the community annually. Shout out to Superintendent Glover, and all of the Hillside Public Schools staff and families in attendance as well!

On December 8th, 2023, Mrs. Ebong and 20 juniors and seniors attended The Newark College of Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology's (NJIT) annual NCE Engineering Career Day! The Engineering Career Day programs are designed to allow high school students to explore engineering and consider engineering as a career path. Students met current engineering students and faculty and were presented with systems, devices, robots, and vehicles. Two students pictured below have been accepted into NJIT thus far, Dylan De Castro and Adams Jacques! Great work Hillside High School and thank you @njit!
